All work is both wheel-thrown and hand-built. Many items are made to be used in and around the kitchen and dining table. An entire line of bowls is designed especially for cats and dogs. And still there are other pots that are designed merely for their own sake.

 

Most of works are fired at the Langely Park Studio in Montgomery County, Maryland in an electric kiln to approx. 2200°F. Annually, Rose participates in a woodfire workshop where her work and that of other artists undergo the intense heat of this 3-chambered wood kiln.
